PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINE

• Every custom order begins with a design approval step before moving into production.
• Once approved, please allow 14–16 business days for your order to be produced and delivered.
• Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

• We provide a single, streamlined shipping option that covers production, packaging, and delivery—typically completed within 12 business days.
• Need your order expedited? Reach out to us at info@signs.inc before placing it. We'll review your request based on availability and feasibility.

ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY UPDATES

When your package ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.

What if something goes wrong?

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hoursand include clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
• In the event of a lost shipment, we’ll guide you through filing a claim with the carrier.
• Please understand that delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or shipping carriers are out of our hands.
